Guarantee

We do our utmost to make happy customers. If you need to return or exchange something, no problem. We will gladly issue a refund or exchange on merchandise that meets our returns policy.

Ordering

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternately, we accept Google Checkout and Paypal. Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings things do tend to go fast. If a product does not appear in a specific size and color in the drop-down menu, this means the item has sold out. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we received it. After your information has been reviewed and your stock located, packaged, and shipped you will receive a confirmation of shipment. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 24 business hours. If there is a delay beyond 48 hours or any question arises we will contact you via email.

Lay-Away, Lay-By, The Never Never

We offer Lay-Away! Place your order as usual through the site and include a note in the Comment section during checkout that you would like to place a Lay-Away order. A 30% deposit will then be charged to the credit card that you provided. The order must be paid off within 30 days at which time it will be shipped to you. You can make as many installment payments over the 30 day lay-away period at whatever schedule works best for you—just drop us an email with the day and amount of your installment and we will take care of that for you. In the event that the total amount due isn't paid within 30 days, a refund is issued to you, minus a cancellation fee in the amount of 20% of the merchandise total. Sale items can be purchased via Lay-Away and any current promotional discounts can be applied. Items purchased via Lay-Away have the same return policy as orders paid for outright.

Shipping

USPS is our preferred carrier because of their speedy service and Saturday deliveries. They also allow us to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Shipping costs for Priority Mail are based on the price of your order and range from $4.95 to $16.95. Most Priority packages arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment. It is rare, but there are occasional delays. If you require a guaranteed delivery date please use Express Mail.

USPS Express Mail is available for all domestic orders for a flat rate of $29.95. Orders using this method are guaranteed to arrive the next business day, if placed by 10 AM EST. Please note that we are not open during the weekend, so all orders and inquiries placed during that time will be addressed on Monday. If your package fails to arrive on time, please contact us and we will issue you a refund on your shipping costs.

If you have special delivery instructions, just include a note in the Comments box upon placing your order. We'll do our very best to accommodate your needs.

International Orders

We ship internationally to the following territories: Western Europe, Scandinavian Countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

International customers can choose USPS AirMail, which arrives in 7-30 business days to most countries. The price starts at $14.95 and is based on the total amount of your order. To find out the cost for shipment you can add your selections to your shopping cart and select your method of delivery. The shipping total will be displayed for you before checkout. Please note that the time your package will take to clear customs can vary from time to time and country to country.

For speedier delivery USPS International Express mail will deliver your package within about a week to most locations for a flat rate of $29.95.

Customs: Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars. We're sorry, but due to customs regulations we can't offer gift wrapping to our international customers.

Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Le Train Bleu along with a 30% restocking fee.

Pre-Orders

On occasion we will make some styles available for Pre-Order. You can place your order through the site as usual. Payment is required in order to reserve your item and once the shipment has arrived your order will be fulfilled.

Gift Certificates

Le Train Bleu gift certificates are available in many denominations. You can choose to have your gift certificate sent as an email with your own gift message (perfect for last minute gift-giving) or as a paper copy in a gold envelope with signature Le Train Bleu seal. Shipping is complimentary on paper gift certificates, which will be sent via USPS Priority Mail for customers within the US or Air Mail for international customers.

Sizing

All sizes on the site are listed in US sizes. In order to help you make the best size choice we also include any special fit advice in our product descriptions. If you still need guidance, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line. We’re happy to help!

Returns

HARK! ACHTUNG! ATTENCION! **Please read carefully, as our policy has changed**

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date for domestic customers and 30 days for international customers. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials such as garment bags included. Please be aware that any item that has had its tags cut off, been worn, washed, altered, or blemished in any way will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

We are no longer offering refunds on returned sale merchandise. Returns of discounted items (whether on sale or purchased with a discount coupon code) can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange, no refunds. Items purchased at 60% or more off the original prices are considered final sale and are not returnable.

We regret that shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable nor are any taxes and duties incurred on international orders. However, if you are making an exchange we will send the new order out to you without any additional shipping or handling charges. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or if your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately. It’s imperative that you save all packaging material so we can inform our carrier of the problem.

You will receive an email notification with all the details of your return once it has been processed which normally takes approximately 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card holder may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
